The night before Kate’s session, I saw the image of a warrior, a seashell held to the ear, and a ruby turning slowly in the light. The next morning, she arrived wearing gold seashell earrings and red gemstones over her heart. From there, the session unfolded through courage, listening, trust, and the quiet recognition of something already moving between us.

The creative direction for this session began with the symbols that arrived before we met the land. The shell carried a relationship with listening, the ocean, and the messages that reveal themselves through stillness. The ruby held strength, devotion, and the many facets of Kate’s presence. We allowed those images to guide the wardrobe, movement, light, and emotional tone of the day. The session became a dance between intuition and what was physically before us, with each detail confirming a visual language that was already alive.
